What type of appliances do you repair?

We repair all major residential appliances including refrigerators, wall/double ovens, stoves, dishwashers, washers, dryers, and more.

Are you able to provide an estimate for repairs over the phone?

We will send one of our skilled technicians to your home before suggesting any repairs. They will carefully check your appliances to get a better idea of what is wrong. This detailed inspection helps us give you theright advice and carefully check your appliance to find the root cause of the issue and provide a written estimate for repairs.

Are you Licensed:

Yes. Licensing—particularly in the appliance repair industry—demonstrates that a company has met established standards for credibility, expertise, and accountability. Top Appliance Repair has made this investment and proven its ability to meet the higher standards required of a licensed contractor, ensuring our work is performed responsibly and backed with confidence.

Are you Insured:

Yes. Top Appliance Repair is fully insured. While we take great care in every job we perform, unforeseen events can occur. Working with a fully insured company provides peace of mind, ensuring that if anything does happen, there is the financial protection in place to address it promptly and responsibly.

Is there a Service Fee?

Yes, we do have a service call fee. This fee covers the cost of our technician's visit to your location, the initial diagnosis of the appliance, and an itemized estimate.

Do you use OEM parts?

Yes, we only use genuine manufacturer parts to ensure long-lasting, reliable repairs.

Are there any warranties for your repair services?

Yes. Once the repair is completed, a 90-day warranty on both parts and labor applies, beginning on the date of installation.

What if we have to call you back out?

If a return visit is required we will gladly reschedule you a new appointment for a technician to come back out but if it is determined that the issue is not related to the previously installed part, an additional service fee will apply at the time of reinspection.

How long is my Estimate valid for? 

Estimates are valid for a period of 7 days from the date of inspection.

Do you accept third party or Home warranty service plans?

No not at this time.
